Developing from the travel postcard concept, the series encourages folks to visit and support Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) eateries in Connecticut during AAPI Heritage Month 2026. The series was produced for the AAPI Restaurant Month event, organized by Asian Pacific American Coalition of Connecticut (APAC) and partners.
